    讨厌,有点习惯咖啡

     
    这几天不晓得怎么了,头晕晕的,眼睛花花的,总想睡觉,耳朵有些不适意,
    大概是最近天意志比较弱,时有担心的情绪……可能,还是得去次上海的五官科医院较好。
     
    尽管已经是霜降节气,可是气温还在20度上下,而且,
    最近一直阳光明媚,清风殷殷含情,桂花香味溢满四空,美景良辰,
    可是,懒散的情绪下,竟然没有走动的兴致,就这么病怏怏地在家废物着。可惜!
     
    连着几天没有喝咖啡的,也连着几天没有好好做事情,
    不晓得是不是习惯了咖啡,如果真的习惯了,那真不好,不情愿。
    可是,是不是心理的作用呢,喝咖啡的时候脑袋似乎清醒些。但愿不要依赖。
     
    晚上煮鱼汤喝,本来准备青菜炒香菇的,看看还不如将青菜放进鱼汤里,
    反正自己吃的,不管章法——咦~ 味道真的不错,那青菜。 
     
    我想好好睡觉,看看究竟要睡成什么样子才满足。啥也不想,都暂停吧。
    对不起,周朋友,那电视栏目的方案不算难,只是这两天没状态。
     
    重阳节了,得记得敬老!

    秋乏很厉害嘛。
    不过最近很多人都感觉无精打采、神困体乏,做什么事情都懒洋洋的。
    治疗秋困啊,要早睡早起,睡的太多,反而会更困。
    你不是爱打羽毛球嘛,最近多运动一下,这样也会提点精神。
